Request an Appointment

Yorktown Animal Hospital makes it convenient to request appointments, even when we’re closed, by using the form below. Please complete all the fields in the form and click “Submit Form.” After we receive your request, our scheduling coordinator will contact you to let you know if your requested time is available. If your pet is experiencing an emergency during our regular business hours, please call us at 757-898-3932 and bring them in immediately. For after-hours emergencies, please call the Emergency Clinic at the Peninsula Animal Referral Center at 757-874-8115.

COVID-19 Protocols

We are limiting how many new clients we are scheduling appointments for, availability may vary and may be 2-3 weeks before we can see your pet for routine examinations.

We will also be requiring a $60 deposit for New Clients that want 2 animals to be seen in 1 appointment ($60 deposit will be applied to the appointment invoice, will be refunded if the appointment is canceled 48 hours prior)
