  1. What are your hospital hours?

    We are open Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 6pm.

  2. Do I need to make an appointment to bring my pet in?

    Our Doctors hours are by appointment. Some services can be done during office hours, please call us at 757-898-3932 for more information. We understand that emergencies happen and we will work them into our schedule, but please call ahead with emergencies, if possible.

  3. What if I need to cancel my appointment?

    Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance, if possible.

  4. Where is your hospital located?

    Our address is 2400 Fort Eustis Boulevard in Yorktown near the intersection of Fort Eustis Boulevard and Route 17.

  5. What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.

  6. Can I make payments or do I have to pay all at once?

    No. Payment is due in full when services are rendered.

  7. When should I spay/neuter my pet?

    We recommend spaying/neutering at 5-6 months of age.

  8. Do you offer boarding?

    Yes. We offer Boarding for dogs, cats, and exotic pets.

  9. What should I do if my pet experiences an emergency?

    Contact us immediately at 757-898-3932 if it’s during business hours. If it’s after hours, call 757-874-8115 (The Emergency Clinic at Peninsula Animal Referral).

  10. I’m a new client. What do I need to do?

    Please fill out a New Patient Form prior to your visit, if possible. This form can also be filled out at our hospital upon your arrival.
