Dr. Charles Wolfe, VMD

Dr. Wolfe has been a general veterinary practitioner for 30 years. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 1986. After working at another local practice, he established Yorktown Veterinary Hospital in 1994. He is affiliated with several veterinary organizations, including the American Veterinary Medical Association, Virginia Veterinary Medical Association, Greater Peninsula Veterinary Medical Association, and American Animal Hospital Association. He is also the treasurer of Peninsula Veterinary Associates. His wife is Susan, who is an LVT at the practice. Together, they have two children, two dogs, a cat, and a bird. In his spare time, he loves going to the beach, golfing, fishing, traveling, and collecting antiques.

Dr. Rita Gariboldi, DVM

Dr. Gariboldi joined Yorktown Animal Hospital in 2005 after working in the York County area for several years. She earned her DVM from Mississippi State University. She grew up on a small farm in Illinois and moved to the peninsula in 1989. She holds memberships with the American Veterinary Medical Association, Virginia Veterinary Medical Association, and Greater Peninsula Veterinary Medical Association. She is married with two sons; five cats named Bad Bob, ACDC, Flash, Clara, and Zippy; and two parakeets named Rusty and Ozo. When she’s not caring for pets at the hospital, she enjoys gardening, with a special interest in mason bees, hummingbirds, and monarch butterflies.
