Yorktown Animal Hospital offers the latest veterinary medications at competitive prices, and for your convenience, you can request prescription refills online.* When you purchase your pet’s prescription and refills from us, we can guarantee that they are safe, properly packaged and measured, and veterinarian-approved.

Please fill out your pet’s prescription information using the form below and click “Submit Form” to send. When we receive your request, we will contact you. If a significant amount of time has lapsed since the previous prescription refill, we may require a new examination to determine if there are changes in recommended dosage or medication. *Please be advised, we are only able to process refill requests of current clients. We can not accept prescription refill requests from patients that are not registered at our hospital.
